Acceptable Use and Content Policy

You may use the site for learning, research, software selection, development, and ordinary browsing. When citing directory information, preserve the source and verify the facts yourself. Resource submissions should improve the public directory and must not promote unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing products.

AI X Tool is not a user-generated content marketplace and does not represent that any listed product meets the requirements of a particular jurisdiction, industry, or enterprise procurement process.

• Illegal, fraudulent, money-laundering, sanctions-evasion, harassing, hateful, violent, or child-endangering content or conduct.
• Infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights, trade secrets, or other third-party rights, including submitting unauthorized products, downloaders, or cracking tools.
• Uploading malicious code, stealing credentials, accessing data without authorization, bypassing paywalls or access controls, or helping others evade third-party service rules.
• Bulk scraping, mirroring, artificial traffic, ranking manipulation, fake reviews, misleading marketing claims, or exposing personal data.
• Using a future Waffo product to sell physical goods, human services, financial or trading advice, gambling, adult content, medical advice, crypto assets, OSINT personal-data aggregation, or another category prohibited by Waffo.

For image, video, or text-generation use cases, generating, uploading, publishing, or distributing the following is prohibited: sexual or explicit content (NSFW), graphic violence, hate speech or harassment, child sexual exploitation or other child-unsafe content (CSAM), non-consensual deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement. Illegal or fraudulent activity, malicious code, personal-data exposure, and deceptive promotion are also prohibited.

AI X Tool is a directory and learning-resource site. It does not provide image or video generation, host an inference API, or operate an underlying AI model for user-generated content. The directory may list third-party models or tools such as FLUX, Stable Diffusion XL, Google Veo, OpenAI Sora, and Nano Banana. These names identify external resources only; they are not run, trained, endorsed, or guaranteed by AI X Tool. Model versions, output limits, and data practices are controlled by each provider and should be checked on the provider's current page and policy.

Specific Waffo restrictions are governed by its current Terms, contracts, and human review. If they conflict, the contract and policy applicable to the Waffo transaction take priority.

We may hide, edit, or remove entries that are inaccurate, infringing, high-risk, or in breach of this policy, and may limit a submitter's access when necessary. To challenge an action, use the Contact and complaints page and provide sources, authorization evidence, and a factual explanation.

We update this policy as law, third-party platform rules, and Waffo review outcomes change. The update date appears at the top of the page.
