AI X Tool Digital Content EULA

Subject to your lawful purchase and compliance with the product-specific terms, AI X Tool grants you or your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license (unless the product page says otherwise) for the internal learning, research, or business purposes stated in the product description.

• Do not resell, rent, sublicense, publicly distribute, share download links, or remove copyright or license notices.
• Do not reverse engineer, bypass technical limits, or use the product unlawfully or to infringe third-party rights.
• Do not use a personal license for unauthorized multi-user, client, or public-service deployments.

A product may link to third-party services, models, code, or open-source components. This EULA does not change their licenses, terms, or privacy policies; you are responsible for their attribution, distribution, and use requirements.

The product page will state the scope of updates and support. A serious breach of this EULA automatically terminates the license; after termination, stop using and delete the licensed content except copies that must be retained by law.
