AI X Tool Privacy Policy

Browser-local data: Theme, language, favorites, comparison basket, recent searches, and recent views are stored in your browser's localStorage only to restore preferences on this device. We do not read or upload these values through the static site.

Information you submit: If you contact us through a GitHub Issue, GitHub handles your account, contact details, and submission under its privacy policy. Do not put passwords, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive personal data in a public Issue.

Technical logs: A deployment platform or network provider may record IP addresses, request times, device details, and error logs for security, availability, and troubleshooting. AI X Tool does not use these logs to build user profiles.

We handle information only as needed to provide and protect the site, respond to feedback, fix issues, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Preferences stored locally are not used for targeted advertising or sold.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and do not require identity information unrelated to browsing resources.

After you follow a resource link, the third-party service handles information under its own policy. Review that service's privacy policy and terms before using it.

For AI X Tool-owned directory and editorial services sold through Waffo, Waffo independently handles payment, billing, taxes, customer receipts, final refunds, fraud, and compliant transaction data as merchant of record. AI X Tool handles delivery and customer support, including first-line post-sale and refund requests. AI X Tool will not receive full card numbers; we handle order, email, tool URL, plan, and placement status only when needed for service delivery or support. Retention of local data is controlled by your browser. You can clear this site's storage in browser settings or use the browser's privacy and site-data controls. GitHub Issues and deployment logs are retained according to the relevant provider's policies and applicable law.

We use static deployment, minimized collection, HTTPS, and access controls. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. If you find a security issue, use the security reporting channel on the Contact and complaints page.

Where applicable law allows, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on processing of information about you, and may withdraw consent. Because this site does not create accounts, most local records can be deleted directly by you.

When submitting a privacy request, provide enough information to locate it, but do not send unnecessary identity documents or payment details. We may verify the requester through the original contact channel.
