它怎么做到「崩溃后可续跑」？

把阶段与勾选项写入 task_plan.md、把研究结论写入 findings.md、把会话日志写入 progress.md，hook 会在每轮开始时重新注入计划内容，因此上下文被清空后仍能定位续跑点。

安装方式有区别吗？

有。README 说明只有 Claude Code 插件方式会带齐全部 hook，技能方式可能在未接受项目信任时静默失效，建议安装后用 /plan-doctor 校验。

计划文件会进版本库吗？
