AI X Tool Terms of Use

By accessing or using AI X Tool, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the site. AI X Tool is an AI resource directory owned and operated by an individual creator for learners, developers, product managers, and creators; it is not a resource provider, model operator, broker, or transaction platform.

Names, trademarks, prices, capabilities, regions, and availability in the directory come from public sources and may change with third-party services. Verify the provider's current pages before making a purchase, deployment, or compliance decision.

External links take you to independently operated third-party sites. AI X Tool does not control or guarantee their content, availability, privacy practices, service quality, pricing, model output, or security. Registration, payment, licensing, and support for third-party services are handled directly between you and the third party.

Unless a page expressly says otherwise, inclusion, ranking, or display is not an endorsement, certification, agency relationship, investment advice, or business partnership.

AI X Tool's pages, curation, code, and brand marks are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party names, marks, articles, and product content belong to their respective rights holders. Without authorization, do not copy, mirror, scrape in bulk, resell, or bypass access controls.

When submitting a resource through a public GitHub Issue, you represent that you have the necessary rights and that the submission is accurate, lawful, and free of sensitive personal information. You grant AI X Tool a non-exclusive license to display, organize, and link the submission as needed to provide the directory service.

You may not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, privacy violations, malicious code, harassment, or evasion of third-party terms. We may remove inaccurate, infringing, or high-risk content and limit access that clearly abuses traffic.

The site is provided as-is. We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available and data current, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free service or fitness for a particular purpose.

If an AI X Tool-owned directory, editorial, placement, or digital-content service uses Waffo, the checkout page will identify the product, price, currency, tax notices, delivery method, support channel, refund rules, and applicable EULA. AI X Tool remains responsible for the service's content, legality, delivery, customer support, post-sale handling, and receiving refund requests first; Waffo acts as merchant of record for payment, billing, taxes within its legal responsibility, customer receipts, final refunds, and payment disputes under its rules.
